Considering the inventory time of distributors and the construction period of the engineers, Chuangjiawei Company has increased its guarantee period by one month in 24 months, which facilitates the distributors and engineers to promise the users a free warranty period of 24 months. In addition to the warranty period, we adopt reasonable charges not for the purpose of maintenance profit, but only for the cost of related components, so that customers can easily get the maintenance of products.



If your machine breaks down, please consult the technical staff of your purchasing channel. If their reply is not satisfactory to you, we will be happy to provide you with technical advisory services. If your machine needs to be repaired back to the factory, please do it through your purchasing channel. When repairing products, please be sure to indicate the phenomenon of product failure so that we can quickly and accurately find the cause for you and eliminate the failure.

The following reasons lead to the product can not be maintained, we may graciously refuse your maintenance requirements, please forgive me.

1. Because of the rapid replacement of electronic components, the products you purchased have been in use for more than 2 years. Some chips or components have been discontinued and there is no replaceable model. However, we have run out of spare chips to repair this model.

2. If the product is corroded or damaged in a large area due to your improper use environment or behavior, it can not be repaired at the technical level.
